27 years after the emergence of the first Active Dead with the help of the Hun Industries, humans built massive walls but they proved of little use. Later, Hun made the first yearly vaccine which built up immunity in times of the pandemic and humans felt safe. A few months on, they came up with a drug that could suppress the desires of the Active Dead for human flesh so that they could coexist. Some Active Dead did not respond to the drug, were chased and marginalized. Most of them blended in society doing work that humans didn’t. There was conflict, crime, ghettos and chaos, since the Dead were targeted and exploited by humans, till the State decided to set up a body of Active Dead in the police force to fight criminality among the Dead and find a way to control them. They were named “Dead Active” and two of them, detectives Adam and Jonah, just taken on a mission to find a doctor who seems to have murdered his family.
